PAYMENT

Bookings up to the 9th day before check in:

Deposit 30% of the total amount, has to be paid when confirming the booking, with one of the payment methods available online, while the balance must be paid within the 8th day prior to the check-in date.

Bookings from the 8th day before check in:

100% of the amount, to be paid when confirming the booking, with one of the payment methods available online.

STAY TAX

The tourist tax is not included in the booking price and must be paid in cash upon check-in.

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION TERMS

Deposit

On arrival, a deposit in cash will be required. The amount will be returned at check-out, after checking the conditions of the rental.

Cancellation Terms

 The Customer can withdraw from the contract up to 40 days before the expected date of arrival, communicated on following email: info@damicoholidayspuglia.it and must be received within the aforementioned deadline.
In this case, the Customer will be refunded the amount of the deposit paid within seven working days of the notice of the withdrawal.

If the withdrawal is communicated from the 39th to the 8th day prior to the check-in, Gruppoinvest D’Amico SAS will keep the amount received as a deposit.

If the withdrawal is communicated within 7 days prior to the check-in, Gruppoinvest D’Amico SAS will retain the entire rental amount.

In case of no-show at check-in by the Customer, without any prior notice of withdrawal, Gruppoinvest D’Amico SAS will retain the full rental amount.
